Barsha, a word meaning abundance in Tunisian, rain in Hindi, is where this all began. A simple belief that women leaders do their deepest work when they're out of their daily environment, in the company of others who understand the weight they carry.

What began as Barsha has grown into Shift & Rise. Different name. Same intention: to create space for women to reconnect with themselves, each other, and what's quietly asking to be heard.
