MEET TANJINA

A woman with long dark wavy hair, wearing a yellow top, sitting at a desk in a room with a gray brick wall, smiling at the camera, with a notebook and pen in front of her.

I’ve always been curious about what makes people tick—and what gets in their way.

Even as a kid, I noticed the quiet ones in the room, the people who weren’t being heard. That early awareness shaped a lifelong desire to create space - space for clarity, connection, and contribution.

That curiosity eventually led me to study human centered design early in my career. I was drawn to the idea of co-creating: building solutions, teams, and systems that people feel truly aligned to. I wanted to help amplify voices, especially those often overlooked, and to design work that feels purposeful, not performative.

Over my 25-year career, I’ve led product, customer success, and operations teams across startups, growth-stage companies, and nonprofits. I’ve been the COO, the culture builder, the calm in the chaos. I’ve sat at executive tables and in boardrooms, helping leaders move from overwhelm to traction. I’ve helped scaling companies reduce friction, align teams, and deliver better experiences, for their clients and their employees.

But the turning point wasn’t a title or a milestone; it came when I finally paused long enough to ask: What kind of impact do I want to have, and how do I want to feel doing it?

That question led to pivots. Recalibration. Relearning how I wanted to work and live. And ultimately, to the work I do now - supporting others as they lead through growth, transition, and reinvention.

I’m fascinated by how our mindset, assumptions, and patterns - many of them deeply ingrained - can quietly shape what we believe is possible. And how once they’re uncovered, they can unlock entirely new ways of working, leading, and living.

A modern wooden house on a grassy hillside with trees, with a large body of water and mountains in the background during dusk.
A paved outdoor patio with stone stairs, surrounded by plants and rocks, with rolling green hills and snow-capped mountains in the background.

These days, I split my time between two paths:

  • As a strategic growth advisor, I partner with CEOs of scaling companies to bring structure to the chaos - aligning leadership, simplifying execution, and helping teams scale without burning out.

  • As a coach, I work with ambitious women navigating burnout, reinvention, or the “what’s next?” phase of life. Together, we create space to explore what truly matters, and build lives aligned to purpose, joy, and sustainability.

Different containers. Same core belief: when people feel seen, supported, and aligned, transformation becomes not just possible - but powerful.

Clarity creates momentum.
Structure creates freedom.

And play? Play isn’t fluff - it’s fuel. It unlocks creativity, expands what we believe is possible, and makes even big change feel energizing instead of overwhelming.

Whether I’m working with a CEO at an inflection point or a woman rewriting her next chapter, my approach stays rooted in curiosity, co-creation, and compassion. With a healthy dash of strategy, structure, and a few post-its, too.
